Character Creation
Every book project starts with building a 3D model of the main characters. This involves sculpting them, designing their outfits, painting, and adding bones for posing and expressions. Usually, character creation is part of the book project's cost. When authors are deciding if I’m the right fit for their book, I often do the design of their main character for a fee. If they like it and hire me for the full book, I apply that fee towards the project, as character illustrations are included. This helps determine if we're a good match before committing to the whole project.
